LIMITED ONE YEAR WARRANTY:

Barangle Corporation wants you to be satisfied with your purchase and warrants our illumination tools to be free from defects in workmanship and materials for up to one year from date of purchase.  Barangle warrants to the original owner and shall, for a handling fee of $10.00 (which includes the cost of packing and shipping the product back to the owner), repair the tool or, at its option, replace if we find a defective tool or component. Customer provide us with a copy of their original receipt.

• EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does NOT cover normal wear and tear, including lamps burning out, scraper wearing out, breaking or chipping, batteries draining and switches wearing out, etc. All replaceable parts and accessories for our illumination tools are not covered under warranty.
• Barangle is not responsible for any damage or failure of any Barangle product resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, alteration, water damage, or lack of maintenance. Barangle suggests using only reputable battery brands and is not responsible for any damage due to battery exhaustion, leakage or failure.  LED burnout and / or LED module failure is also not covered. Barangle Corporation denies any responsibility for incidental or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions (countries, cities, and states) do not allow exclusion or limitation of implied warranties, incidental or consequential damages and/or limitations on transferability, so the above limitations and exclusions may not apply to you.

THE ABOVE WARRANTIES ARE EXCLUSIVE, AND TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAWS, SHALL BE IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR USE OR PURPOSE.   BARANGLE DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY FOR PRODUCT MALFUNCTIONS, PHYSICAL INJURIES, OR PROPERTY DAMAGES THAT RESULT IN WHOLE, OR IN PART, FROM THE CRIMINAL, NEGLIGENT, OR IMPROPER USE OF THE PRODUCT, OR FROM MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS THERETO. IN NO EVENT SHALL BARANGLE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RELATING TO THE PURCHASE, USE, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY BARANGLE PRODUCT.

How and when to make a warranty claim:

1. In case of battery exhaustion, do not return the tool to Barangle Corporation but replace the batteries.
2. If the tool has been damaged by leakage of batteries, do not return the tool to Barangle Corporation, but determine what brand of batteries caused the damage and follow the battery manufacturer’s instructions about how to make a damage claim.
